Question: Do parents have to pay that wish to stay but not skate?
Answer: No, parents that stay to help with the party and do not skate are free.

Question: How much is it if parents want to stay and skate? Do we have to pay for it?
Answer: Parents of children that are attending our birthday parties often wish to stay and skate. You can opt to pay for them or they can pay for themselves. Let us know at the ticket window if you wish to pay for any skating adults or not and we will handle it for you. Costs are: Afternoon sessions - $6.50, Evening sessions - $7.50 and Sunday afternoons - $2.50. Prices include regular skates.

Question: What about ages 2 and under, are they included in the party package or as invited guests?
Answer: No

Question: Can adults be part of the party package?
Answer: Only the children invited to the party are included as guests. Additional food may be ordered for adults that remain at the rink during the party.

Question: How soon do you need a final count?
Answer: We will call to confirm and get a final head count a few days ahead of time and answer any other questions at that time.

Question: Do you have a freezer for ice cream and/or ice cream cakes?
Answer: Our experience with ice cream cakes is that the children do not eat it and let it melt all over since they are eager to be out skating. We do not provide freezer space, some parent's have tried a cooler but we really recommend a regular cake, cookies or cupcakes.

Question: May I bring any other food to my party?
Answer: Unless you have a private function, no other food is allowed except a dessert treat like cake or cupcakes.

Question: Do I need to bring a cake server or forks if I'm bringing a cake?
Answer: No, we provide everything you need to serve dessert.

Question: Why do the parties last 2 hours but the session lasts for 3 hours?
Answer: Parents need to arrive prior to the end of the session to pick up their children and our staff needs time to clean up. You and your family are welcome to enjoy the last hour of the session once the party areas are cleared out.

Question: Do you provide teachers for the children that cannot skate?
Answer: Not during a session, but you can arrange a private lesson prior to the session or suggest to your guests parents that they take advantage of our Drop In Class every Saturday from 12pm-1pm. The cost of the class is $3.00.
